Message from the Principal

Community service is the motto of KVPS IPE. The institute offers UG and PG courses in pharmacy. Our students are well trained in the various aspects of pharmaceutical science and emerge as professionals in the field of pharmacy. We believe not only in academic excellence but also in the overall development of our students. With high moral values, our students blend professionalism with a sense of social responsibility, so as to be recognised as responsible citizens of the country.

The future pharmacist should have good knowledge of the pharmaceutical and marketing fields, analytical and strategic abilities, and the capability to manage an entire marketing department: hiring, training and monitoring the performance of other personnel.

The pharmaceutical industry has diverse sections and divisions such as API R&D, formulation R&D, clinical research, analytical, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, intellectual property and soft-skill development. Each has its own requirements of proficiency and expertise, and to meet them the pharmacist should be acquainted with the necessary cognitive domains.

Once students graduate in pharmacy, many options are open to them. Our graduates have pursued higher studies in industry, pharmacy and management (in India and abroad), hospital pharmacy and clinical research. Wherever they have been, IPE alumni have left their mark and made us proud.
