The academic monitoring is done by a team of students and teachers that works as a “Program Committee”. The constitution of this committee is as per PCI (Pharmacy Council of India). The responsibilities of the Program Committee are

  1. To periodically review the progress of the class.
  2. Discuss the problems concerning the curriculum, syllabus, and conduct of classes.
  3. To discuss the nature and scope of assessments that shall then be announced to the class at the beginning of the semester.
  4. To communicate recommendations on academic matters to the principal.

  • Mechanism Women of Grievance Redressal Cell

1] Considering broadly, grievances may be of two types,

  1. i) Academic: related to attendance, charging of fees, assessment, conduct of examination, syllabus completion, teaching methodologies etc.
  2. ii) Non-academic: harassment by colleague, peer pressure, classroom management, facilities available and its utilization etc.

2] It has been decided to keep grievance redressal box in front of administrative office.

3] The grievance redressal box is opened every month to collect and resolve the complaints. The complaints may be written or communicated through online portal.

4] The complainants shall be summoned to hear the complaints if required.

5] After hearing the complaints the committee shall take appropriate and amicable decision and subsequently the decision is communicated to complainant.

6] If the complainant is not satisfied with the decision of the committee, then complainant can make appeal before the chairman of management.

7] All the decisions taken by the committee will be rational and amicable to resolve the complaints of the aggrieved.

8] If the complaint is of serious nature and beyond the ambit of the committee then decision will be taken to forward the complaints before the competent authority.

The Minority cell will monitor and endeavor to resolve issues/grievances relating to Minority students and staff at the institute level. The complaint if any will be forwarded to said cell by the principal. The cell will look in to the complaint and call the complainant personally for hearing the grievance.

The coordinator of cell will forward their report in the sealed envelope to the principal within one week from the date of the receipt of complaint.

The primary role of the Research Advisory Committee is to advise and support the development, implementation, review and dissemination of all research and evaluation activities.

  • Objectives of the Cell:
  1. This cell will look after the related matters (if any) of depriving a student / staff or group of students on the basis of caste, creed, language, ethnicity, gender, different ability.
  2. This cell always try to uphold the dignity of the institution by addressing the concerns (if any) brought into the notice related to equality in offering or receiving education inside the campus.
  3. This cell ensures conducive environment for academic growth of the people belonging to the university.
  4. This cell protects the rights of individuals without any prejudice to their appearance or lifestyle in the process of learning inside the campus.

The Cell shall eliminate discrimination against or harassment of any individual in all forms by prohibiting it and by providing preventive and protective measures to facilitate its eradication and punishments for those who indulge in any form of discrimination or harassment.

The Sports Committee is constituted to promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, leadership qualities, and participation of students in various indoor and outdoor sports activities at the college level.
